Operation:

• Please read all the operating instructions before using your DVR/watch to prevent damage and for ease of operation
   
  
• Charging
  
  The DVR/watch has a built in li-ion battery to power the video recording function And can be charged using your pc or the included charger
  
  
• Connecting to a PC
  
  (IMPORTANT)
  
  Always connect the usb cable to the usb port on the watch first to avoid short circuits that will cause your pc to shutdown!!
  
  After connecting the included usb cord to the pc the LED indicator on the watch blinks blue
  
  to show it is connected to your pc. Also the Green LED lights if it needs to charge and red lights when charging is done
  
  When the LED is red the battery is fully charged and is now ready to record for up to 2 hours
  
  Upon connecting the usb cable to the pc windows will recognize the DVR/watch as a usb mass storage device
  
  and will open windows explorer so the drive and its contents can be viewed on your pc
  
  Once the drive is mounted by explorer you can then view,copy,cut,paste,save the videos and pictures as you wish
  
  The videos can be streamed directly from the DVR watch for quick viewing and then saved if you choose
  
  During file transfers and communication to your pc the red LED on the watch will flash repeatedly to
  
  indicate it is communicating with your pc and sending or recieving data
  
  
• To remove the DVR/Watch from the PC
  
  first double click the (safely remove hardware) icon in the task bar (lower right)
  
  find the device in the list of usb devices. click to select the device. then click on the stop button
  
  the device list will pop up again click the drive again to select and click ok
  
  a confirmation window will appear telling you it is safe to disconnect the drive
  
  remove the usb cable from the pc first and then from the DVR/watch.
  
  
• Taking video&pictures
  
  To record a video
  
  First press and hold the play/stop button in for 4 seconds.
  
  The LED indicator will light up blue and red. Once the unit is ready to record the red LED will go off.
  
  The blue LED will remain on to indicate the DVR function is in standby mode.
  
  Another quick press on the play/stop button starts the camera/DVR recording the blue LED will then
  
  flash 3 times to signify that recording has begun. The blue LED then goes out for discreet operation.
  
  To stop recording press the play/stop button again quickly. The red LED will flash to show the file is being saved.
  
  The DVR is now in standby mode again, Press and hold the play/stop button for 4 seconds to turn DVR function off.
  
  If there are no button presses for a period of 3 minutes the DVR turns its self off to conserve battery power
  
  
• To take a picture
  
  first press and hold the play/stop button in for 4 seconds.
  
  The LED indicator will light up blue and red. Once the unit is ready to record the
  
  red LED will go off the the blue LED will remain on to show the DVR function is in standby mode.
  
  With each press of the photo button the DVR/watch will take a still photo and store it to memory.
  
  For best results when taking photos hold the DVR/watch as steady as possible while pressing the photo button.
